My goal first and foremost is always to be kind and understanding, but I’ll be truthful– I’m a believer in tough love, but only because I know you’re capable of doing tough things. My style is solution-oriented and empowering. Together, we’ll help get you to a place where you feel like everything you’re going through is manageable, that you’re not the only one, and that your goals are achievable.

I am an individual therapist and a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), and have been working in the field of social work for the past 11 years, having received both a Bachelors and Masters in Social Work from Florida International University. I’ve spent my career helping clients through substance abuse, alcohol abuse, family turmoil, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, bipolar and self-esteem issues.
